I'm in the space in that I co-founded a company called Connect The Dots (ctd.ai) that certainly has the potential to solve this problem, but we're not focused on the PRM space right now (see point above re: unwillingness to pay). Definitely speak to recruiters (Private Equity Recruiting is the top option in Europe, IMO), but the best way to do it is to use a tool like hunter.io to find the email addresses of general partners at top firms, and (I can't stress this enough) send them qualified dealflow with your high-level analysis (I'll also add more detail below).
