  The Amazon link you provided lists it as plug and play and compatible with (older) Windows OS. There may not be an updated driver available. You could try looking for the plugged reader in Windows Device Manager and see if it shows as a properly working device.   Bro - do this. 1. In your device manager right click on the device that doesn't have a driver or the one you are having an issue with and go to properties. 2. Go to the "DETAILS" tab. 3. The recommendations we got were to remove ALL images, and instantly.ai has to delay a few minutes between email.
