While it still is far from perfect, if you want more structured debates then debateart.com is a good option from what I can tell. It seems to be a clone of debate.org with a bunch of people that used to be members there but have moved since the site started to collapse (due to bugs, poor moderation, etc.). That’s definitely possible! There’s a lot of resources to help learn bubble, but I also recently created a bubble course at https://nocode.mba (with a 7 day free trial) The first tutorial in it actually covers that exactly (create a to do list by filling out a form).
