Death Road to Canada mentions (2)

  • Games where I can be a rude bitch
Death Road to Canada has a variety of ways to be an asshole hero. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Game where I can make my friends?
Death Road to Canada lets you make dozens of custom characters that can randomly show up on your roadtrip/get added to the party. Plus you can give them little personality traits and skills, which is usually good for a laugh. Source: over 1 year ago

Underworlds mentions (19)

  • Games that don’t use measuring?
2 games I haven't seen mentioned: One is called Skytear. The other is called Warhammer Underworlds. Both do have a heavy card influence in their games, but they still have cool minis and important positioning decisions. Source: 11 months ago
  • Wyrdhollow or Gnarlwood?
From the previews of Wyrdhollow, the warbands have more unique and complicated mechanics than those in Gnarlwood (which were already a bit wordy in their unique abilities). • Warhammer Underworlds: Starter Set - Learn to play Rules
You should get the latest rules. Go here https://warhammerunderworlds.com/ , click the link at the top to download the PDF, it's the rulebook from Gnarlwood. I would not recommend learning the older rules as you will need to adapt later if you play with anyone else who is playing current rules, as there are some small but very impactful differences that will catch you out. • Planning to get into Underworlds with the Starter Set and another warband of my choice (as I fear the new box sets like Gnarlwood might be too difficult to learn for casual play). Is this a good way to get into the game?
I'm not saying not to get the starter set, if you like those warbands go for it, the Gnarlwood rulebook is available online from the warhammer underworlds page. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Games that hit too close to home
I’ve been playing Warhammer Underworlds recently and it’s a great crossover game between board games and miniatures war games. Source: over 1 year ago
