Interesting approach. I can’t stand Slack, so not for me. I’ve used Piler to solve this in a production environment generating hundreds of cron emails a day, but saving to a SQLite database or similar the way dbmail does would also be an option. Source: about 1 year ago

This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
