As already mentioned - you can try to find her on ok.ru. She is probably using it, it's a popular social network between 40+ yaers old here in post-Soviet countries. Brief search on Виктория Мельникова who were born in 1977 gave out something around 40-50 results. Source: about 2 years ago

There are live ok.ru streams of TV Asahi and TV Tokyo that are up maybe 80% of the time. The other networks (TBS,Fuji,NTV) have nuked their live streams so many times that there are no real usable streams. It's really a dick move on the part of these networks - there are Japanese viewers whose local affiliates don't carry certain shows, and they rely on these streams as much as we do.
