Day Off is a leave tracking application, there is a web version as well as mobile apps for both android and iOS, day off enable the managers to tack their employees vacation balance of different leave types (sick leave, PTO, annual leave) it gives you the option to create any leave type you want and set its amount of balance.
It's user-friendly app enables the employees to track their own balance of each leave type they have, and submit any leave request by just a click, and wait for their approver to accept or reject, the dashboard option make things easier so employees will know when their colleges are off to avoid any conflict that might happen.
Day off has many advanced feature such as adding unlimited location to make things easier if you have boarded teams in different countries, you will be able to set the working days and weekends of each location individually, as well as official holidays you'll be able to import official holidays id different locations using google calendar to avoid any confusion.
Also, you have the ability to create different teams for different departments in your company, or to create team to assign a specific leave policy for that team and select the team approver.
Concerning the leave policy you'll be able to add unlimited leave policies, and you can any leave type you want to include inside the leave policy, and there is a range of features you will be asked to choose from if you want to activate the feature of half day or allow compensation or allow negative balance, or if it's necessary to attach a medical report while submitting the request, you also have the option to activate accrual if you use it in your company as well as carryover feature if the employee still has reaming balance it'll be carried over to the next year.
