For managing meetings, Dato is a better date app for macOS. It's great for having multiple time zones in the address bar. I have my local time as well as UTC. I made this companion to the built-in Calendar app for people who want to be able to quickly check their upcoming schedule without having to open the Calendar app. It also lets you quickly join video calls. Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement.
