Gotcha. The 1x per hour is Google's limit for all extensions using their scheduling functionality. I believe some other extensions get around it by running data through their own servers instead of Google's, so you can check the marketplace for alternatives and see if you find anything. I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me.
