Dark Room mentions (3)

  • A note taking app that uses .txt?
The only thing I know with half of those features that's discontinued is the old Darkroom app but that doesn't tackle some of the bigger compatibilities. Source: about 2 years ago
  • I have trouble shutting my internal editor off
Not sure if this is applicable, but if you're using Word or Scrivener or something, you may want to switch to a plaintext editor like Dark Room or Typora--something that won't underline your spelling and grammar mistakes. It doesn't even have italics or bold to get in your way. Dark Room is a little old, but I found it here: https://codex.jjafuller.com/books/dark-room/page/overview. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Anyone use a plain text editor to write?
I use DarkRoom. Full screen, no distractions, no "fancy" auto-formatting. Source: almost 3 years ago

Polarr 2.0a mentions (2)

  • My Canon XTI doesn't have a B&W feature, should I spend 30$ and get a Canon XT that does?
There is an online tool https://v2.polarr.co/ to play around. Source: about 1 year ago
  • ITAP of some trees in the fog
I didn't have Lightroom on my laptop when editing this, so I found polarr image editor online which is free and pretty powerful. I was happy to find a great free product so I'd like to share it with all you as well :). Source: about 3 years ago
