Darebee is a great resource for free at home exercises. I’ve worked with personal trainers to great results but I still use a lot of resources from that site to get a light exercise in on days I feel like crap or I’m so dang tight or spastic I can’t do more. Source: 5 months ago
As a 36F, nearing 40, I have been reading and listening to more information about working out at this age and a lot of studies have found weight training to be far more beneficial as you age and cardio actually less helpful and causes more stress to your body. On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch .
