Darebee is a great resource for free at home exercises. I’ve worked with personal trainers to great results but I still use a lot of resources from that site to get a light exercise in on days I feel like crap or I’m so dang tight or spastic I can’t do more. Source: 5 months ago
As a 36F, nearing 40, I have been reading and listening to more information about working out at this age and a lot of studies have found weight training to be far more beneficial as you age and cardio actually less helpful and causes more stress to your body.
