This appears to be SmartOS[0] with lots of automation around it[1]. I for one think it's exciting. The docs on ovirt.org are confusing as hell. Search for something, anything, and you will probably find proposals for new functionality from like 15 yrs ago, experimental things, documentation for old old versions, etc. There is no proper classification and/or tagging.
