The Website of my software product, DaDaBIK, looks old and needs a re-design. Source: over 1 year ago
Sorry but I have to contradict you on this :) The platform Appifytext.ai uses for building the app is DaDaBIK and there are thousands of users (including big corporations) that use internal tools made with DaDaBIK (i.e. Accepting that UI/UX). Source: over 1 year ago
DaDaBIK meets all your requirements. The RBAC is very granular, you have built-in ownership permissions rules (e.g. You can modify only the records you inserted) and your can also add row-level filters based on completely custom logic. Disclaimer: I am the founder. Source: over 1 year ago

Regarding visualization tools, sqliteviz has proven to be the best I've found so far. Their web app runs locally but has some trackers, so I run it locally via a simple, static HTTP server. Falcon and Redash seem like overkill for my needs. Source: about 1 year ago
In addition to metabase there are redash[0] and apache superset[1]. They are more or less similar to metabase with some different quirks. You can also visualize quite a bit of data in grafana[2] as well.
