• Need help accessing bellsouth.net webmail login (or forwarding setting)

  I tried the following places to login: (last week) Https://www.att.com/my/ Https://mail.yahoo.com Https://currently.att.yahoo.com I also tried to access the email via multiple POP3/IMAP addresses via Outlook. Source: about 1 year ago

• My email account randomly asked me to give password to log in. I forgot it? So I try to reset and AT&T won’t recognize my user name. Customer Service takes me in circles. A chat agent cut me off and directs me to call 800-288-2020, but that’s how I got her! Help me please. ☹️

Once your account password has been reset, You can log in to your email using Currently from AT&T/Yahoo via https://currently.att.yahoo.com/ . • Help for my elderly aunt. Just helped her buy a new iMac and she’s trying to add her 15+yo “bellsouth.net” acct. Looks like AT&T may have bought them out and she’s getting the runaround from AT&T, UVerse, Yahoo (?? Apparently the AppleCare folks told her that?) Who can help her?
