ANVL: Similar to HeroForge, but (And this might just be me) with a little more cartoonish proportions. It seems they have added ability to adjust that, so it might be worth another look. I wont lie, I don't like the face that comes with ANVL. I haven't ordered anything from them. Source: over 1 year ago
