A website that is pretty helpful is Cryptograms, which doesn't quite match the format the tests use because it fills in all the letters for you, but it's a really quick and easy way to practice Aristocrats and get you more used to them. I played a couple rusty lake games a few years ago and stopped after Birthday. I want to continue with Theatre, but rustylake.com isn't working, I'm guessing because of ended Flash support.
