When I go to crunchyroll.com I get redirected to crunchyroll.com/ar which would normally stand for Argentina but it seems now stands for Arabic, but nobody changed back the redirect or something. Got a little confused by it haha. Source: about 1 year ago

Both of them are free and offer both on-demand and "live" channels with a guide similar to cable.
