  If you're just shopping around / looking for comparatives, then sites like apartments.com, and https://sfbay.craigslist.org/ are good for getting an overview, keeping in mind they have a bit of a bias in their numbers as they only compare / show what they have so using at least two sites to get a "baseline" would be best.   Thanks a lot for the comments! I have already registered the company in the US market. We started Google CPC campaigns with a smaller budget. Yes, we are seeing users registering now.
