Cal.comProbably a 10 year user of Cozi and loved it until they decided to "improve" it with a totally new version, We have used that one since it came out and it is a simple DISASTER! Entries hang up and nothing happens for minutes- and I just left one running while I went to lunch. Still cycling when I came back and I said "that is it for Cozi"!!!! Going to set up a new one TODAY!

I force clients who want to talk to me to book a call. I use cal.com (free) and my Google Calendar (which its linked to) only allows calls on specific days/times. I have a few "Call Blocks" where they can book. That let's me do calls in a small section of my week, with ample downtime to recover the rest of the week.
