Ranch is a pretty well optimized and battle hardened tcp acceptor. It powers the Cowboy/Phoenix server which scales to extreme level of concurrency and low latency. I tend to use google dorking as usual, but also use LeakCheck which is a rather handy tool to receive clear text passwords from Usernames, Email Addresses and such.
