  There are services like Couchdrop (https://couchdrop.io) that can overlay FTP/SFTP onto a ton of different cloud storage types, including Azure Blobs. They also include the ability to to email and webhook notifications on a per-folder basis, which we've found helpful for chucking alerts into Microsoft Teams when someone uploads or downloads a file.   I would use syncthing, which is open source at https://syncthing.net/. After minimal setup, it just works(tm). You have a normal directory in your filesystem, that is synced to the other peers (which you set up in the "minimal setup"). I have been using it for years, and it works well.
