There are services like Couchdrop (https://couchdrop.io) that can overlay FTP/SFTP onto a ton of different cloud storage types, including Azure Blobs. They also include the ability to to email and webhook notifications on a per-folder basis, which we've found helpful for chucking alerts into Microsoft Teams when someone uploads or downloads a file. I'm not sure if you have budget for this but companies like https://imgix.com/ and https://supabase.com/docs/guides/storage/serving/image-transformations let you do image transforms on the fly through url query params.
