  • What's your most used emotion? Mine's πŸ‘
I use this website which I keep pinned to my taskbar so I can have easy access to emjois. I probably use the traditional πŸ™‚ most often. I like this πŸ˜’ one though. And one I've assigned context to is πŸ™ because it looks how I feel when I'm unsure about something because to me it looks like the thought process of "Hm, I don't know. Maybe? Yeah okay!". • Emoji display/render changed! Possible to change back?
Emojis in Chrome (and other browsers too actually) used to display the true classic Segoe UI Emoji font (ex: if I go to getemoji.com, these used to display the same emojis as Word; copy paste from that site to Word looked the same), but just a couple months ago something changed. Now it's rendering different versions of these emojis. I've ruled out an extension. Chrome is up to date. Windows 10. Whats interesting... Source: 12 months ago

  • From local development to Kubernetes β€” Cluster, Helm, HTTPS, CI/CD, GitOps, Kustomize, ArgoCD β€” Part[1]
I have already one domain purchased get.tech, so I am going to use that one. To manage the domain from DigitalOcean (and any cloud provider), you need to add the domain to it and then **point the nameservers to that provider from your domain registrar. **To add the domain in DigitalOcean, navigate to **Networking > Domains and **add your custom domain. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
  • Reliable hosting for personal website built from scratch
Hi everyone, I recently programmed a personal website(no wordpress) with CSS and HTML. Its main purpose is basically a portfolio to display my projects. I purchased a domain from get.tech, however, I am now conflicted with what shared hosting site I should use. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Cloud DNS vs domain
I have deployed an app on kubrrnetes cluster with external IP. Now instead of accessing it via IP address I wanted some domain to redirect to it instead. So I registered a domain on β€œ.tech”. There I went into options and created A record that points to my IP address. Works fine this way. But looking through Google cloud docs I found something like Cloud DNS which enables to register domain and also add record that... Source: over 2 years ago
