Emojis in Chrome (and other browsers too actually) used to display the true classic Segoe UI Emoji font (ex: if I go to getemoji.com, these used to display the same emojis as Word; copy paste from that site to Word looked the same), but just a couple months ago something changed. Of course! I didn't have a template and did this by hand, so I had to do a bit of hand stitching to throw all this together. I got the floral banners from Rawpixel (put in the header), made the document a different color in the page setup option in the "File" menu on Google Docs, and got all the emotes I used at Cool Symbol.
