Any recommendation on rewarding tools? Do taco, bonusly (or other similar tools) actually work? Thoughts on rewarding with π°to incentive recognition? Source: about 2 years ago

A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
