Firdt you need to convert your image you want as an icon, you can use this https://icoconvert.com/, after converting it right click the app you want to change the icon, click properties, then click change icon, then browse where you put the image converted to an icon file then you're done. The LanguageTool extension is decent and picks up on a lot of mistakes, but nowhere close to all of them. For example, it will identify if you wrote an article that can never go with a given noun (like "der Auto"), but will not recognize a case error (like using "das Auto" in Dativ).
