Stripe has their own built-in features for PayFac if you want to do that - https://stripe.com/connect/payouts. I imagine the flow would be something like - the buyer pays you, then you take your cut, and pass along the remaining to the merchant. Something like that. You won't avoid interfacing with an API. Even if you don't want to use Stripe/PayPal, you'll need to wrestle with a banks own API or some kind of broker. TrueLayer is a popular way in Europe to access banks that support the Open Banking API.
