Complete Anatomy -is a really great app for anatomy. I had a few classmates say they kept using this beyond anatomy, including to help them study for the boards (NPTE). It allows you to zoom in on specific muscles, nerves, vasculature, etc... It does a whole lot more and it is really helpful if you are a visual learner. Source: almost 2 years ago

The title here is incomplete, while the title of the article is right: The first open source 3D atlas of human anatomy in Blender. There have been a variety of open source human anatomy atlases, though few of the entire human body. Not to take away from the great work that has gone into z-anatomy or the underlying data from the BodyParts3D project in Japan.
