Add some content to the pages ASAP. An empty page makes people go away. Reddit used fake users to post storiesuntill they were big enough to get real users posting. It's a dark pattern, but you can post under your own name if you don't like it. Perhaps reduce the number of labels, I think 5 labels with content is batter than 20 empty labels.
