Commento (https://commento.io/ ) is a nice service that I've used with static site generators like Hugo -- very easy to add to a project - no real coding required to include it, and people can add comments to your blog etc... So I wanted to create a crowdsourced debate format so you get the intelligence of large groups of people distilled into a debate format that ends up being a comprehensive knowledge base on the topic/debate.
