  ColorSlurp is my preferred color picker. It too has multiple keyboard shortcuts as well as a bunch of other great little features to make it a well-rounded picker.   With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks.
