Always hate to hear this. We always send a watermarked file for them to use that says “property of (your biz name), video not paid for”. That way, even if they download the file and show it to people it says that it’s not their property and that it is not paid for. Thank you for the info in order for us to service the separate unit it would need to have its own address. We can only provide one residential account per USPS address. I should read my agreement I guess, but I know I do over 1TB a month, nothing crazy, but that was the entire reason I signed up for business. Hell even at the bottom of the page “No data caps” https://business.comcast.com sounds like they have you provisioned wrong. Source: over 1 year ago
