If the candidate does not bring his own notebook you need to prepare the interview notebook. Always check if it works and does not need updates. Is there EN/DE/... Keyboard installed?. I've used Discord for Risus, with https://collabedit.com for a shared character sheet (that is, one sheet for everybody—I find it more convenient as the GM, and it's not like a huge amount of space is required). We are frequent users of the Duo For Web interface. We particularly like the quick way we can create a small group.
