You should see your Debit Card from your Portfolio Page on the Web Client for Coinbase in the upper right hand corner of the page. Similarly, if you start at coinbase.com/card on a web browser you should be able to select Portfolio and see all your assets. The method that seems to work most reliability with all devices and all ecosystems is a Zigbee2MQTT software hub running on a computer alongside Home Assistant.
