  If tracker.gg is anything to go off by, EMEA has 2.6 million val users, while NA has only around a million. It's not like EMEA can't produce talent, it's more like as others have said, the EU challenger structure is a bit whack atm. Also, CS is still the more popular FPS there, so there's that.   I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. Look for where you are weak and work on it, see where u are strong and hook to it to make it stand out in your games. Source: 10 months ago

  As a developer myself I can comment to the difficulty of implementing the above. It really all depends on how they architected the game & setup their codebase. It's true that they would probably need to hire a small team of 4-6 iOS/mobile devs to support this companion app which comes with additional cost obviously, but with the player numbers they have on Steam it looks like it could be affordable..
