This is how I teach it: - I always start with https://studio.code.org/s/mc/lessons/1/levels/1 and mostly they have interest in it at the start. Many lose joy after the first tasks needing a bit of thinking, logical and problem solving skills… a lot of students today don‘t see a problem as motivation, they are not used to frustration, so they just stop.
