I went from learning coding using https://codegym.cc/ to being a Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (current) and will eventually transition to BE Dev on my company's dime: At the last 3 companies I've been a QA Engineer at, there's always been a pipeline from QA -> Dev that the company is willing to work with you on.
