   Straightforward

   I used Fiverr Business to hire an animation artist for employee avatars and was really satisfied both with the turn around time and the feedback taken into consideration. Fiverr Business allows me to save gigs so my coworkers can see which freelancers we should work with again. We will be using this internally.

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Quick response time|Free to sign up|Great for collaboration

   👎 Cons:    If you don't respond within 2 days project is automatically approved|Needed to supply very in depth brief for the freelancer to get it exactly how i wanted

  That said, one resource I've found to be very helpful is codeable. They vet the developers for you. It's worked great for the type of business I run, where I need people for certain parts of projects, but I'm not a big enough company to actually hire full-time roles. Also, they act as an intermediary for payment- you pay the agreed-upon cost of the work up front, but that money first goes to codeable and payment... Source: about 3 years ago
