I would really use https://c9.io It's a cloud programming environment and it's freaking fantastic for RoR, and free. That way you don't have to maintain a programming environment on your machine, and you can work from any web browser anywhere you want. Could someone explain what I'm looking at? I think this is from `https://statcounter.com/` (?), but that site doesn't load for me at the moment, and there's no readme or description on that (1 star) repo, or its associated account.
