US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. This has been in circulation since a while AI images took off, and they certainly weren't convincing before they did. You know the old "try to name one thing in this image" macro?
