US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. As for training, I trained it through over 500 prompts and completions of all niches uploaded via csv onto myaskai.com and fine tuned the model in my openai playground.
