US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. We did a furnished short-term rental from Blueground. I think the website is theblueground.com. There is also Hello Landing but it seems more expensive.
