I do all of this on my MacBook Air, but it's starting to get a little long in the tooth (the latest OS I can use is Mojave) so I'm looking to upgrade my equipment. I want to simplify my workflow and, if possible, find a way to record each person's audio separately on my end so our guests don't have to worry about it. Jamulus https://jamulus.io/ worked pretty well with our choir during the pandemic. If the server is powerful enough it can support many singers. You may want to try Jamulus. It has lower latency than Zoom etc and allows people in different locations to play together in real time. There are detailed instructions on how to install and configure it to work with your DAW and audio interface. Source: about 2 years ago
