  Try putting the link into zotero.org or citethisforme.com (they're both citation tools), they can sometimes find more information, and maybe find the last name.   I've had decent success tracking down titles with Reelgood (https://reelgood.com/), which is basically a streaming aggregator. Also, it's not streaming but I actually got about a dozen Vinegar Syndrome and Partner Label titles on disc from my local library. Source: 10 months ago
