Https://circle.so/pricing/ I would guess even if DDG protects your privacy, it would use information (perhaps search and or site history) the browser is broadcasting regardless to filter results it pipes to the end point. For example I never see quora results (honestly it's been some years so I'd forgotten they existed still) as some members in this thread were annoyed with and paid to be done with them ... What is the reason you are trying to go custom? https://circle.so this is probably the best platform I have seen. Big and small companies use it (even webflow) so it has great adoption works well. You should check OpenSRS and Enom. As you mentioned this is your first project, I would highly recommend you to stay from this kind of things which would be hard sell. There are much smaller saas ideas that you can try to implement that has better demand. Building in Public will help you on this. Otherwise, if this is your first time trying to sell something, I would suggest you to pick a relatively smaller product and do that. In most cases, it's better to start with landing page, build waitlist, talk to users and then start working on MVP and market in parallel.
