If you are extremely worried about root kits you would need to start with a clean system and then whitelist any "positives". If your concerned you would have to use the tedious method of using dpkg to determine what package a file belongs to, one at a time, and then compare it's checksum to the back installed... Workaround is to use SHealth only, export gpx file, then import it through runtastic.com (Profile (Arrow Next to profile picture) ->Settings->Activity Import). The imported workout count for the challenges. Source: over 1 year ago
