For the last few months, we've seen an issue where our statically generated pages at chatbooks.com would show a brief FOMC (Flash of Mobile Content) before rendering the desktop version. Remember, when looking at rent costs, there is often something called triple net (or NNN) which covers variable expenses for the landlord and can add another $1-2/sf/mo to your cost.
