Call centurylink and get them to tell you your PPPoE login info (if you are on CL fiber, it is likely you are on a PPPoE connection). Remove the C3000A and plug the main Nest into the ONT using the same ports as the C3000A was plugged into. Set the Nest up with the PPPoE login info (probably will need a @centurylink.net at the end of the username) and VLAN 201 on the WAN side. You should be online now. Source: over 1 year ago
