I use to do my one on ones manually and had a slew of questions I'd run through. Now I have my reports answer the questions and leave a response of the most important things we can discuss when in our one on one.

Pretty much everything beyond our solar system is essentially fixed on a human timescale. Over 2000 years, a typical star will move about half a degree. That's the width of the moon in the sky. I think Celestia could be a good one. I also thought about SpaceEngine, but AFAIK it was kind of terrible at generating realistic planetary systems, among other things (pricey, huge, etc.). Source: over 1 year ago

I'm looking for data and software to visualize the Apollo 17 trajectory (especially the "powered descent", lunar rendezvous and entry). I'm thinking of using celestia.
